I've had bad experiences with resellerzoom. It once took 4 days (!!!) for them to respond to a support request. My site goes down pretty frequently, and then they had the audacity to just recent raise prices by 40%. When I cancelled my subscription via paypal and the mandatory cancellation form hidden on their site, they still had my credit card and started charging that! RESELLERZOOM SUCKS! I HATE THEM
